The KnowledgeTRAK Reporting application allows you to view your mystery shopping result right from your mobile phone. The app allows you to get real-time updates on the performance of your channels (physical visits, calls, or online). You can drill down to location and category level for a more in-depth overview of the performance of your locations and assessment categories. You must have a pre-existing account on KnowledgeTRAK before you can use this application.
